Mobile & Apps
Native iOS & Android apps with push notifications
In developmentBranded native apps so members can book, manage credits, and receive timely reminders without opening a browser.
This is the #1 request from owners. A polished native experience dramatically increases repeat bookings and reduces no-shows.
White-label web + embed is already excellent and works on every device today. The native apps are in active development as our highest priority after core stability.
Communications & Growth
SMS + WhatsApp (two-way)
PlannedReliable, timely reminders and easy two-way communication (especially via WhatsApp) so members stay engaged and informed without extra admin work.
In Singapore and much of APAC, WhatsApp is how many members prefer to communicate. Studios that make it easy for members to confirm, reschedule, or ask questions tend to see better attendance and stronger relationships.
Transactional email with templates works well today. SMS and WhatsApp capabilities are planned to follow the native apps.
Marketing automation & behaviour-driven sequences
In developmentTimely, relevant messages that help turn first-time visitors into regulars and encourage members to attend more consistently — all powered by the real activity data you already have.
Most studios are leaving significant revenue on the table because they don’t have the time or tools to communicate personally with every member. The studios that do this well see much higher repeat rates and lifetime value.
We already capture rich member activity data (lifecycle stages, visit history, acquisition source). The system that automatically turns this into smart, helpful communication is what we’re building now.
Core Experience
Public lead-capture forms & top-of-funnel landing pages
PlannedAnonymous visitors can fill intake/waiver forms and book intro offers without creating an account first.
Right now forms mostly gate existing clients. Opening the top of the funnel lets you capture warm leads from Instagram, Google, and referral pages directly into the CRM with proper attribution.

On-demand video & hybrid classes
PlannedRecord classes, sell on-demand libraries, run livestream/hybrid sessions, and bundle recordings into memberships.
Post-COVID expectation, especially in yoga, Pilates, and barre. Arketa and Momence win some deals purely on this capability.
We can already handle images and branding files well. Video streaming and on-demand libraries are not built yet — this is further out.
Integrations & Ecosystem
Zapier / Make + native Xero / QuickBooks
In developmentNo-code automation to 5,000+ tools plus direct two-way sync for accounting, calendars, and marketing platforms.
One integration objection-killer. Accounting sync alone removes hours of manual work for most studios.
Email marketing sync works today. We’ve built the underlying system that makes it much faster and more reliable to connect to popular tools like Zapier, email platforms, Xero, and QuickBooks. The specific connections are what we’re adding now.
Platform & Trust
Advanced reporting & business intelligence dashboards
PlannedCohort analysis, instructor performance, true multi-location rollups, retention curves, and custom report builder.
Multi-location operators and serious single-location owners eventually need more than the current campaign stats and payroll exports. This is the gap that keeps some people on Mindbody today.
We already have good data on payroll, campaign results, client scoring, and where your members are coming from. What’s missing is a much more powerful set of reports and dashboards built on top of that data.
Growth
Consumer discovery marketplace (zero toll, no poaching)
PlannedA clean, member-friendly way for new clients to discover studios — without the 20% tax or showing your own clients the studio next door.
Mindbody/Vagaro still win some new studios purely on discovery volume. We will offer discovery without the parasitic economics.
Deliberately not built yet. We are waiting until we can do it properly and differently.
How we decide what ships when
Three filters. No politics.
We prioritise things that directly protect revenue or save hours every week (no-shows, payroll, client retention, migration friction).
Most legacy platforms are slowed down by years of accumulated technical debt. We built this from scratch on a modern foundation, so we can deliver new capabilities much faster than the big players. When we say something is coming in Q4, it’s because we’re actually building it now — not because it’s stuck behind a five-year migration project.
WhatsApp, local payments, and native apps matter more here than in the US. We refuse to let Rezerv or Mindbody own any category we can credibly close.
